Hi, I’m Charlotte — a 36-year-old hairdresser based in Burgess Hill, working from the lovely salon The Rhu.

With over 20 years in the hairdressing industry, I’ve grown from a junior stylist to a salon manager, and now I’m taking the exciting step of running my own business. It’s both a little daunting and incredibly rewarding — and I couldn’t be happier to continue doing what I love every day.

As a mum to a little boy, I feel lucky to have a career that allows me to balance family life with my passion for creating beautiful hair. My friends will tell you you’ll probably hear me before you see me (they’re not wrong!) — and I never say no to a cheesy joke!
